Preface
Assalamu Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahi Wa Barakatuh. Alhamdulillah, all praise is due to Allah out of His mercy who have guided us to the straight path.
Site Objectives:
After living in the west for many years and seeing the difficulties Muslims face in practicing Deen or seeking Islamic knowledge, I realized how many of us and our children have gone astray because of the lack of Islamic knowledge. So I decided to open this school online to make it more easy for all Muslim brothers and sisters to study Islamic knowledge online.
Islamic Reminders Online School has highly qualified experienced Islamic teachers, holders of BA's in Islamic studies and holders of Ijaaza of the Quran through an authentic unbroken chain of narrators from Hafs an Asem and graduated from different Islamic universities.
Our goal is to help Muslims all over the world who can't travel abroad to learn the recitation of the Qur'an and its rules and seek the correct authentic Islamic knowledge from qualified teachers. So come and join us to be a student of knowledge. Allah has praised knowledge and raised the status of its people.
"Allah will exalt those who believe among you, and those who have knowledge, to high ranks.” (Al-Mujaadilah, 58:11)
The Prophet says, “Whosoever Allah wishes good for, He gives him understanding (fiqh) of the Religion.”
(Related by al-Bukhaaree (no. 71) and Muslim (no. 1037).
Reading and reflecting over the Qur’an fulfils an Islamic duty.
Indeed the Prophet (sallallaahu ‘alaihi wa sallam) summarised this Religion with his statement: “The Religion is naseehah (sincerity)!” So then Tameem ibn Aws, may Allah be pleased with him, then said, “We asked, ‘To whom?’” He said: “To Allah, HIS BOOK, His Messenger, the leaders of the people, and their common folk.” [Muslim] The sincerity that is due to the Book of Allah includes its regular recitation, learning the rules of tajweed and reciting it beautifully, learning about its tafseer and the reasons for its revelation, affirming that it is the Truth, the perfect Speech of Allah and not part of the creation, honoring it and defending it, abiding by the orders and prohibitions found in it, teaching it and calling to it. [See Jaami’ul-’Uloom wal-Hikam of Ibn Rajab Al-Hambalee] So by reading and reflecting over the Qur’an, one fulfills an obligation and is rewarded for that. Upon fulfilling this obligation, the Qur’an then becomes a proof for him on the Day of Judgment! And that is our second benefit we will take by embracing this Noble Book...
Site Objective
Our purpose is to train future Quranic teachers for the ummah with high level understanding of the Quran and the correct recitation where by after the completion of the Quran students will be granted Ijazah of the Qur’an through an authentic unbroken chain of narrators from Hafs and Asem, from our professional teacers who have lesons to grand Ijazah to eny of our students after completion. Our students flourish in a kind and supportive environment. Our teachers help the students to succeed in achieving their ultimate goal on the correct recitation of the Quran with its rules to a higher level.
